DANCE PLATFORM TICKET INFORMATION
General Ticket Information
Due to an overwhelming demand for tickets and to ensure that all schools are equally supporting the event, we have changed the process for buying tickets. EVERY PERFORMER wishing to be involved in the day MUST sell a minimum of 2 tickets. You can of course purchase more tickets if required. These tickets should be purchased by completing the form on the following page and returning it to your school head with payment. Do not try to purchase tickets from the Helix, in person or online, as they are not available. Once all the money has been collected by the school heads we will organise a group booking for the school. Our ticketing system ensures that every performers gets access to at least two tickets and that parents from the same school get to sit together.
Children & Infant Tickets
Due to safety regulations one of the venue’s strict rules is around infants and child tickets. Infants who are under 12 months old do not require a separate ticket as long as they sit on a parents lap. Any child over 12 months old must have their own ticket and sit in a seat.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Need to write some text here to finish this off.
Additional Tickets
Each performer is required to sell a minimum of two tickets but there is an extra allocation per school, so if you would like to purchase more please do so. Please speak to your school head for more information if you require additional tickets. While it is unlikely, any spare tickets will be available on the day from a ticket stand in the Helix. Our advice is to buy your tickets in advance as often these events are sold out.
Where Do I Buy Tickets From?
All tickets for DANCE Platform are sold through each participating school. Please contact your school head about purchasing tickets. No tickets are available from the Helix, apart from on the day of the performance if the event is not sold out.
Seating Allocation
Seat are allocated on a first come first served basis per school. The quicker completed forms and payment is returned to each school head, the quicker they will be able to submit the school’s group booking. Therefore our advice is to return the forms as quickly as possible to ensure the best possible allocation of seats for your school.
