IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Please take note of the following information.
Collect At The Event
If you order before the event date, you have the option of collecting your digital download card on the day. You must have completed your order no later than 1 day before the event and select Collect On The Day as your prefered delivery option.
On the event day, there will be a stand in the foyer which is open from 9.30am to 9.30pm. Please ensure to present your order confirmation email as proof of order when collecting your card.
Direct Irish Delivery
When completing your order online you can choose either Free Delivery to Schools (detailed above) or Direct Irish Delivery to a specified Irish address. If you select direct delivery there is an additional €7.99 charge per order for postage and packing. Direct Irish delivery orders normally take 5 working days.
Order Timelines
Please note: Once a performance has been professionally recorded there is typically a four to five week lead time before orders are available for release. This period of time is used to edit and produce the final show recording, manufacture the physical Digital Download cards.
If you are ordering online after the five weeks production time of any performance, then all orders take 7 working days.
Pre - Orders For Future Events
Pre-ordering of Digital Downloads is available as soon as you have been informed that your child's school is taking part in a Dance Platform event. You can pre-order your Digital Downloads at any point. All pre-orders follow the same timelines as listed above.
